Lisa Dawe is an American Hoof Association certified Natural Hoof Care Practitioner and Farrier who has been helping horses improve hoof health and performance since 2002. She received her BS in Animal Science/Pre-veterinary Medicine in 1986, along with a four-year Equine Science degree and a minor in psychology. With over 30 years professional experience, Lisa is a licensed riding instructor and has experience in training and competing horses in Dressage and Three-Day events, and was on the University’s Hunt team.
Lisa currently travels to North Carolina, Virginia, Massachusetts and South Carolina as a hoof care instructor and farrier. She is the happy owner of Fablewood Stables in Merritt, NC, home to two horses, a pony, three chickens, two ducks, three geese and two barn cats.
