~Leigh

"My sessions with Leigh have been awesome. She addresses every angle of nutrition from the nuts and bolts of foods to why we eat other than hunger. She's been a tremendous help in my journey. I'm down 60 pounds and couldn't have done it without her! Can't thank her enough." ~ Rick

"In October, I had the honor to get to know Leigh through the Compass Challenge at Compass Athletics. She took the next three months of her time to teach, support, and guide me into healthy eating and living. I lost 30 pounds, but even more impressive, is how amazing I felt. Her guidance has been life changing for me and my family. Leigh is a dedicated, hardworking professional that gives you 100 % of herself while you are under her care. Because of Leigh, I have continued attending her classes three days a week and continue to gain strength and healthy living habits.

Thank you Leigh!"

"Leigh is passionate about her work. Her knowledge is immense. I have back/hip issues. She can modify exercises to target the muscles without exacerbating the issues. I never knew there were so many different ways to lift free weights and do physical exercise. She keeps it interesting and fun while making me work to the best of my ability." ~ Melinda

"Leigh has helped me in so many ways. She is not only my nutritionist but also my therapist! Without her help, I would not have been able to get to the bottom of my food issues and establish REALISTIC nutrition goals. The most important thing she helped me realize is that nutrition, just like life, is not static. I may not be able to control everything about my nutrition ALL the time, but I do know now how my body responds and how I can work my nutrition goals into my daily life."

"When you work with Leigh you get the most important things needed for success: knowledge and support. She is spunky and caring, yet firm and frank. Leigh has an intuitive ability to pinpoint patterns of behavior and she helps you set attainable goals. Her affirming words and positive attitude helped me tap into the potential that I had literally buried inside me. She is a coach and role-model, a wife and mother, and one of my favorite people on the planet because she gets it -- she gets the struggles and she is masterful at guiding clients through obstacles that get in the way of health and fitness. The meetings I have had with her challenge my old habits and foster new ones and I am changed -- inside and out! Thank you Leigh from the bottom of my "getting healthy" heart!"
